not about that it means this league is still about defense after all the rule changes to favor offenses it still always come down to defense.

The final four teams had the best scoring Offenses in the NFL

If you have a decent Defense and a good Offense you can win

This. Tonight was about the GOAT coach schooling an up and coming but still very green offensive coach in McVay and the QB McVay and his offense have floated. Goff is an imposter.

Brady had a 71 passer rating, no TDs, and an int.

Defense and run game won this

I did. Yes, they've cheated but guy is special.

Not saying Brady isn’t good.

But what’s the best game plan against a high flying offense? Keep them in close. Shoot the kill shot at the end, watch them flounder.

Hell, I think this years panthers would have had a better shot at winning vs. the pats.

The saying is     ’offense sells tickets.  Defense wins championships ‘’

the two previous Superbowls, offense shined

I dont know what can be drawn from the statistics

At the end, even in this game, the better oline took over the game  it is key  we don’t  have one and it’s time we get on or get a GM and Coach who knows how to get one

Absolutely. That's why I said the story of tonight was Belichick schooling McVay and Goff.

This is the climate vs. weather debate. Oh, there's a warm day mid-winter, all claims of any climate change are bunk. No. Weahter doesn't equal climate. The climate in the NFL is that this is increasingly an offense dominated league. The final four were dominated by elite offenses with mediocre to bad defenses. Don't let one game make you lose sight of that.

Ironically, it was two offensive players who made the difference tonight. The Pats' had Julian Edelman and the Rams didn't. That was the difference. The Rams had no one who could cover Edelman and he ate them up. Meanwhile, their go-to receiver was soft as butter and couldn't CO down with the catches that could've decided tonight's game. Cooks had shots at two contestedTD catches and caught neither.

Brady had time to find Julian

michel had holes to run through

the fb complimented the oline

like body blows in boxing, the Pats oline wore out that defense

Never been a Goff fan, less so now

Goff got exposed tonight. I think McVay and that offense are legit, but I think he and that offense have floated Goff. If they pay that guy like a franchise QB they're done.
