It sure looks like Ron has been demoted but gets to keep his title and salary.   Tepper is limiting him to what he's been good at in the past and delegating the rest to someone else.  Sure sounds like a demotion to me.

I don't know if I'd go that far.

I still have misgivings about Tepper retaining Rivera and Hurney, but it's at least good to see he recognizes some of Rivera's deficiencies.

(I'll feel a lot better if he also recognizes Hurney's issues)
