So we are just going to ignore the fact that the refs missed two facemasks, a horsecollar tackle, and clearly gave them a makeup PI call like a minute after???

Refs called it the Saints way almost the entire game.  Get outta here with that BS.  Rams got one lousy call.

What horse collar tackle are you referring to with this?

If it were really rigged, we would see more Dallas vs Pittsburgh SB's.  Two most popular franchises.

Agree people always say the NFL loves Dallas but Dallas can't get back to a Super Bowl no matter what Jerry does

Goff got horsecollared on a sack

I think that one is covered by this, which can be found on page 51 of the NFL rulebook?  The highlighted text is form me.

ARTICLE 15. HORSE-COLLAR TACKLE. No player shall grab the inside collar of the back or the side of the shoulder pads or jersey, or grab the jersey at the name plate or above, and pull the runner toward the ground. This does not apply to a runner who is in the tackle box or to a quarterback who is in the pocket.

I'm not picking on you, but we have a feeding frenzy of people connecting dots here.  Some do not connect.

Some years back when they had a major anniversary (75 years, I think) they had a chance to have what could have been the greatest Super Bowl ever. It would have been the Steelers and the 49ers, teams that were both 4-0 in Super bowls at the time.

Instead, the Steelers lost to the Chargers in the AFC championship game, and the 49ers proceeded to slaughter the Chargers in a Super Bowl that turned out to be a snoozer.

I'm pretty sure if the NFL were rigged, that season would have ended differently.

I actually did not know that part of the rule, so I stand corrected.

Don't feel bad, I had to look it up yesterday when they started saying the rule did not apply to QBs in the pocket.  I do not trust the commentators to know the rules any more than I would trust some random guy in a bar.  There have been too many times I thought the announcers were missing a great game!

why do people watch WWE?

because they are morons?

tv is a bad example. no one would watch games or go to them if they thought it was a narrative the way a film or tv show is put together.

people that think the nfl is rigged in any real sense has absolutely no ability to think critically. as usual in order for the conspiracies to be true the omniscient, omnipotent governing entity is paradoxically stupid enough to let internet posters pick up on the plan and fart it all over message boards.

Why do people watch movies or anything on tv?

Its simple people watch for the entertainment and the storylines.

A lot of people who watch WWE think its real

People know movies are not real no. no one watches a movies and think it's recorded unscripted footage

But people watch sports because they believe it's genuine that it's determined on the field the best team and players win

You take that away and if you believe its fake why watch if the out come is predetermined are rigged
