Of players playing since having any football awareness: Jones, Ogden, Munoz and Thomas.  The order is irrelevant to me.

Pace, Roaf, and Slater are that next tier IMO.  I'm probably leaving a Cowboy out but i'm okay with it..

Erik Williams

Yep, thanks. That's who i was trying to think of but leaving a Cowboy off the list just seems like the right thing to do.

There's also Rayfield Wright (for those of us who are really old).

My coworker that's a hardcore Cowboys fan has told me he actually believes Mark Tuinei was just as good as Erik Williams but doesn't get as much credit.

Larry Allen,  was pretty dam good all around RB/PB

Even on his final years out here in SF he was still getting after it, running and blocking for poor SF RB's

*EDIT*

Allen was a G Duh, I need some coffee

Fantastic lineman, though.

Well, except for that game his rookie season where Reggie White threw him around like a rag doll :)

Ogden, Williams and Pace are all great. Actually dated a girl who went to school with Pace back when I lived in Ohio.

Still, while I'll grant that maybe it's because I'm an old man, I gotta go with Munoz.

Agree-Munoz.
