Rewatching Will Grier at the Senior Bowl

Honestly I was mad about the pick at the time but he's good value at pick 100. I'm shocked we didn't take CGJ there but I'm cool with it. 

I really love four of our picks: Burns, Little (Worth the trade up imo), Daley

I like the Godwin pick just fine

Think Scarlett was a little overrated and would rather us have taken Dexter Williams from Notre Dame (dont care if he doesn't play like CMC the guy is a beast)

He seems to be deadly accurate on the short, underneath stuff. When he gets flushed, he almost always runs to his right and has a tendency to make horrible decisions. 

Guess the thing that impressed me most about Grier is that both Turners seem to like him. Hopefully we won’t have to see him on the field this year unless we have a 20 point lead with 10 seconds left.

He finished 3rd in the country in pass efficiency in '18, and 5th in passing TD's. He's got talent. We'll see how well it translates to the NFL.

I feel like I say this every year...but I am pretty damn excited for preseason this year. This is the first intriguing quarterback  prospect since Cam to actually get excited about...instead of journeyman Derek Anderson plus a bunch of undrafted nobodies.

I trust Norv and Scott's assessment of who they think fits best in their scheme. How he did in the senior bowl is pretty irrelevant.  Great performance can help you but poor performances shouldn't hurt you if the tape on your season is good.
