Jevan Snead was found dead last night

Snead has a weird place in Panthers history.

Jevan Snead transferred to Ole Miss from Texas in 2008. He had a cannon, and had a great first season with the Rebels, then kinda fell apart his Junior year. It was never officially confirmed obviously, but apparently the whole team sabotaged him because they found out he was gay. 

Todd McShay got in touch with him somehow and told him he'd heard from NFL teams Snead was a day 1 pick if he declared. McShay had some connection to the guy Snead eventually picked as his agent and you can obviously put two and two together there.

That team supposedly? The Carolina Panthers. 

Obviously Snead went undrafted and unsigned, almost definitely for the same reasons he got poo on all over at Ole Miss. But whenever you see Todd Mcshay, remember he made up sources from the Carolina Panthers to try to get his buddy a client.

The talking heads should be for entertainment purposes only buy unfortunately a lot of guys every year make a bad decision to enter the draft early and either get picked very late or go undrafted based on what these guys say in their evaluations and mocks.
