We are not interested in getting ANY skill position players from outside the draft.  Apparently signing WR's and RB's is haram to Marty Hurney.  They must be drafted by Carolina or they are poo apparently.

Well I definitely believe Mr Scot’s theory of there is a problem and teams know. He wouldn’t get to 28th on the waiver list without there being a major issue that teams all know about. Seahawks are pretty well known for taking a big risk.

Could be wrong, but being passed over by 27 teams says "red flag" to me.

Would the Seahawks have taken him without his apparent connection to Russell Wilson? Unknown.

Looked it up for the hell of it. The teams below the Seahawks (other than the Patriots) in waiver order are the Saints, Packers and 49ers.
