(i)  I've seen a couple, and honestly there's more they know that it's not for me to say.

(ii)  Bottom Line for me: If there is another team out there willing to extend Newton when the Panthers are not, would it really make any sense to expect him not to take that deal?

(i)  Which local source (the only ones u trust) has said Cam is unwilling to play next year without an extension?

(ii)  Cam doesn't have the option to take a deal from another team.

Although it's an amusing idea to flip the apple cart the alternative may be worst.

Using the Bears as an example. They keep switching up staff, QBs, etc to no avail while the Panthers have had much more success.

If it happens, which I don't think it will, completely, anyways. This is a good staff. They don't control injuries. They do control bringing in veteran back up QB....

OOPS

I am starting to think Mr Scot placed me on ignore.  I guess when someone continuously asks for proof out your outlandish claims, it happens.

Yep. Sure did :shades:

Could also be that you basically just repost the same thing every time so I'm kind of bored with it. It's not that interesting to talk to somebody whose best response is just to keep saying "Oh yeah? Sez you!"

Get some new material, dude.

He probably put you on ignore because you are annoying. Not a bad move on his part.

This is a Mr. Scot burn. Classy even when putting down these young wipper snappers.

Your living in fantasy land if you think this is a good staff.

This staff has done more in football than any of our resident fantasy football GMs and coaches.

Yeah, I'm bored, blow it all up. Genius!

And if it were the staff versus us, that'd be a valid argument.

Unfortunately, it's the staff versus the Saints staff, the Falcons staff, the 49ers staff, the Seahawks staff, etc.

On that front, we're not looking so good right now.

Without players that staff vs staff thing doesn't work either.

Take aways anybody's stars who actually play the game and the disadvantages are clear and self evident.

I never said "SEZ YOU".  I merely asked you to provide a source for your claims.  Apparently your go to move when asking to back up your claims is to ignore a person.  I find that telling.

You claim Cam Newton will not play next year without an extension.

You claim Tepper is against giving Cam Newton an extension.

I asked for this to be backed up.  Your reply is what..to ignore me and completely misrepresent what I said?  I guess I should have expected that.  Your entire angle is to misrepresent things stated, and to act like your own pure speculation is fact and should not be questioned.

Cam admitted himself that he withheld information so he could play. His injury was from a freak accident, not from bearing the load of a franchise.

Really wish people would stop saying this. It's obvious Cam was taking responsibility for everything as a real QB should. If a coach can't figure out that his starting QB is injured when he has a friggin lisfranc injury...
