Highlight from the postgame mudslinging fest over at the Cardinals Board

Browsed through that board for a little bit. I noticed...

People complaining about coaching, saying their HC is garbage and the playcalling was terrible.

Their QB is too old and can't throw deep. Need to sit him and give their backup a shot to see what he's got.

Calling for various players to bet cut outright.

Complaining about a highly paid player not living up to his huge contract.

.....hmmmm.... sounds kinda familiar.....

Except for they have 1/2 the team we do. They just got lucky last year, this week's performance should be the norm with the talent we have here.

Yeah.I'm still disgusted over that loss to the Bills, that should of been a win, they probably could of beat Dallas if they were playing hard enough;that would have made it 5-2!

Nah, even if they so called "tried" our rush defense was terrible. And sadly, for once i don't recall any blatant bad calls, so we can't blame it on that. We just played a bad game against dallas. That said, we should be 4-3. Buffalo loss at least got some changes going, whatever they may be, because the running game seems to be a real factor once again even with 9 man fronts.

    • It would depend on how we lost... If we lose a bunch of 17-13 . 20-7 type games where the defense plays well and offensively Bryce is sh***TING the bed...then he wouldn't get fired.  If we are losing 40-9, 38-14 type games..then yeah it's a possibility.   Couple that with our tough schedule.. if we show well in lets say half those games.. win either Seattle or New England game, at least 1 win vs division oponents.. he's good.  So imo.. to get fired he needs to : Loose badly against the top tier teams ie Blown out Show no progress offensively from last year. Show an unwillingness to bench Bryce again if he is horrible over multiple games ..  Get swept by the Saints again.
    • I think he's gone, and rightfully so, if he turns in another losing record. The "talented roster," regardless of how true or not, is a double-edged sword. If the roster is so much improved now from 202X then why are you still producing losing seasons? On one hand, maybe that's what needs to happen. Have the GM hire the new coach, and then have the new coach pick his guy to run his system. That is typically how it works in the NFL. Not the forced inheritance deal we have had in place.
    • Hinging on Brooks to be our spark...be good if it happens... but not holding my breath....RB next draft. Morgan gambled...it would be a 2 year payoff if thing happened.
