Cams probably the most likely option but let's play devil's advocate. If we pick at 14 and with tuas injury that hurts the qb pool. Herbert was projected a top 5 pick last year and after the draft process he probably jumps back up into the top 10 at the worst. I'm thinking top 5 just because of the need at qb. 

QBs only fall that far in the first if their are other options better than them ahead. In this case their are not. Herbert is qb2 behind burrow. To many qb needy teams ahead of us.
