Carolina is 8th in QB hits, 2nd in sacks.  Kyle Allen directly causes many of his own sacks.

We haven't had a starting QB this entire year, if you factor in Newton being injured.  Kyle Allen looked good against Arizona and people deemed him the future of the franchise.  As he continued to get worse and worse, yet the defense won the games for us..the narrative changed to "all he does is win" and "even if Cam comes back healthy, you stay with Allen".

The Allen fanbase desperately wanted to ignore the fact the team won in spite of Allen.  Not because of.  We weren't rooting for him to lose.  I'd point out his low passing, his low accuracy, and I'd get mass poo'ed.  Because.."all he does is win".

Well the defense stopped bailing him out, and Kyle Allen continued to play worse.

Allen missed the first two games. So in games he has started, he is among league leaders in hurries, sacks, and pressures. Yes he does cause a couple here and there, but the OL has not helped. Nearly at snap Allen is pressured, its not right to judge a QB when that happens constantly. Now hes nearly David Carr and Grier is soon to follow.

My stats take into effect the season stats for the entire oline.  If ignoring the games Cam Newton place a higher amount of sacks on Allen..that can only mean that Allen was getting sacked/hit more often than Newton.  And as the tape has shown..Allen directly caused many of his hits/sacks.

Honestly have you watched the recent games? No dis-respect intended, saints game he had .87 seconds on most plays to make a throw. Again he does cause a couple. Many, I totally disagree. How can you judge ANY QB thats under constant pressure. Im super shocked when he has a normal amount of time to make a throw. I can not imagine what effect is taking place under constant pressure. I hope youre not the type to also blame Allen for INTs that his WRs hit the ball up into the air. Cam held the ball too long also and caused a couple sacks/pressures, all QBs do at some point.

It’s a shame we can’t protect our QBs.   By the way - drafting a QB without fixing OL is waste of draft pick.   Keep making same mistake again until management learns.

We haven't drafted an OL in the first round since Otah and Gross. Might have a better chance waiting for Armageddon.
