LOL! You're really all in on this one aren't you?

For a second round pick, heck yes.  You do realize I was talking about the second round, correct?  We can't get Burrow and the rest of the first round QB prospects have question marks to me.  As of now, I want OL, preferably OT with our first pick. Yeah, let's pick Eason or Tua with Little blocking for them.  Train wreck, lol!

I wouldn't want to use a second round pick on Hurts.  Possibly a third, but even then I am actually having indigestion making the pick.

History may prove me wrong and if it does, good for Hurts!  I hope he lights the NFL up against everyone but the Panthers.

I was intrigued on the 2nd. Today's game talked me out of that. Just reminded me that when Hurts plays top tier defenses he's just not a quality passer at all.

This. Seems like a good kid. Really good college QB. I just have very serious questions about his game translating to the NFL. You just don't see him making many NFL type throws into tight windows.

Just like that last dime pass to a wide open Lamb that was dropped for a TD.  Look, you are entitled to your opinion, but I think If Hurts is available in the 2nd at our pick and we pass him up (assuming we don't go QB in round 1) it would be a huge mistake.

I can't get behind drafting Hurts at all, he has no accuracy throwing the ball and his speed isn't anything special.  He is a truly gifted athlete, but I don't want the Panthers wasting a pick on him.

Like we did with Grier despite Hurts having a monster college career next to what Will accomplished in college.

The key here is "wide open". I just rarely see him making the types of throws into small windows that the NFL requires.

I like the kid. I think he's a very good college QB. I just don't think his skill set translates as a starting NFL QB.

I wasn't a fan of the Grier pick at all and shudder to think he was the top QB on our board.

I just haven't seen Hurts ever pick apart a really good defense and make pro level throws.  I don't know Oklahoma's receivers that well other than Lamb so I can't say he should have made more plays with his arm today, so I'll wait to see what he looks like at his pro day and the Senior Bowl (if he plays).  I want to see if he actually can make pro throws.

I also question if he has any sort of experience going through progressions in the offenses he has played in.  I know at Alabama he really didn't have to and Riley's offenses *can* have multiple routes, but did he ever have to at Oklahoma?  I never saw him go beyond 2.
