Litterally by that same play and explanation

All you have to do is duck your head and draw the contact to the helmet causing a ejection

If the defensive player tackles properly, targeting usually won't be called.  Don't lean forward.  Its a natural tendency to lean forward, but one the defenders these days have to learn to avoid, when tackling the qb in the pocket.

Yes but I think Clemson has got to get etione involved...without Higgins he is their best player...got to find a way to run the ball

So you’re telling us that Clempson needs to get the ACC player of the year Travis Etienne more involved? Wow, more groundbreaking analysis here. JFC.

The defensive player came in for a correct tackle.  There is a 0% chance that there wouldve been contact to the neck or above had the QB not lowered his head.

You cant ask a guy coming in Legally for a hit, a clean hit, and ask him to change directions half a second before contact because the QB decided to lower his helmet into the strike zone.

Look, I hate Ohio State as much as anybody.  But anyone who knows football with no tinted glasses could tell you that was a horrible call

U a Clempson fan? Sound like one. That was targeting and an easy ejection. You may not like it but that’s the way the game is now officiated. Defensive Players have to be more aware now.

All I can say is that the refs called it after reviewing the replay, and the guys in the booth including a former ref said it was clearly targeting.  One did admit he didn't like it, but it was the rule.

Regarded tinted glasses, I don't really care who wins.  Not a fan of either team.

We will have to agree to disagree.
