Football is a team game, and not even Superman could drag this team to a winning record most of the years he has been here.  Just as Cam has made history in losing efforts... so did CMC.  Does not diminish either player's accomplishments, just highlights how piss poor our coaching has been.

It is amazing that a skill player like a rb or wr can have a historically great season and the team suck like we did.  Just goes to show how much of a team game it is.

well, that teams sucks when you are the 31st ranked run defense and can't stop anyone....at anytime. 

I mean if you paired the CMC offense w/ a good defense? Probably 11or 12 wins.

To be clear, among football people All Pro is considered a much bigger honor than the Pro Bowl (no fan voting involved, among other things).

heck yeah it is, writers vote on it.  they are a much better judge of the players than some popularity contest open to the public.

Would you rather have CMC with a rushing and receiving record or an actual deep passing game to speak of that might have actually won us more games? We were dumping off passes to CMC all the time because we couldn't move the ball downfield to keep defenses honest.

As bad as our run defense was our distinct lack of ability to get the ball downfield is what kept us down against even inferior competition like the two win Washington Redskins.

I get fans need something to hang their hats on but when you start asking why we weren't actually winning while celebrating this I cant help but give some serious side eye.
