End of first half.  Team definitely likes to run. A lot of production out of the backcourt so far. Rozier with 18, Ball 11, Graham with 10.

What Im looking for in the second half:

Sustained push for 4 quarters. Better free throw shooting. Closing out a game. Ball more with the ones.

Great to see Ball’s shooting tonight. Fantastic passing through three games, great rebounding in game 1, now great shooting in game 3. Looks like he has all three things (hasn’t looked lost on defense either). Exceeding expectations early on.

Ball is way ahead of where I thought he would be atp.  Damn he is gonna be good.

I might have been the biggest advocate for not bringing him here before the draft.. I thought he played "highlight-reel" bball overseas, was inefficient and didn't care to work on defense..

now it's only been 3 preseason games, so I'm not crowning him the next Luca or anything.. but I will say that I am def liking what I am seeing.. I have taken off my hate filled lenses for him and observed him with no bias.. I imagine by midseason the new car smell and shine will have worn off and we might be irritated with his defensive ability or his +/- PER.. like yeah - he makes amazing, fun plays but we need to translate those into Wins..

all in all - I am happy to be wrong..

He has a very good feel for the game.  Another playmaker on the team is nice to have. Hayward and Ball playmaking this year will be fun.  Ball had the highest usage Monday and last night.  7 assists and 6 turnovers over those 2. That needs to be better.  But pleasantly surprised at him and the team as a whole.

      That's Quarterback money, insanity . If green bay doesnt make the super bowl during this contract they gave him, its basically a failure with that level of compensation of money and picks.

      2026 draft is shaping up to be extremely interesting now, we have the Cowboys, Rams, and Browns all with 2 first rounders next year in what people are assuming to be a QB laden draft.  Cowboys better hope Ezeraku ends up being extremely good. They didn't just lose Micah Parsons this off season, they also lost Demarcus Lawrence.   And iirc their best linebacker Overshown went down partway through the season last year. Trevon Digs (CB) is coming back from a major injury.  They might have an absolutely abysmal defense this year.  Jerry really fuged them by giving Dak his most recent contract.  They could have traded his ass too and did a hard reboot .
