Where is Kyle Trask ranked in this year's draft? He's looked good tonight.

You know bruh..

Anyone with half a brain should know.

The little mormon kid who doesnt play anyone isnt the answer.

Give me the guy who puts up points against future NFL first rounders week in and week out. Jones or Trask.

I also think thats what we will do. You'd have to think that Brady has a stronger familiarity with those two qbs coming from the SEC.

He's actually right.

Wilson is pretty universally considered one of the best quarterbacks in the draft. Some folks are even predicting he'll go ahead of Fields.

No he isnt. There are plenty on here that agree he isnt the answer.  Like I said Id take him in the 2nd.

"On here" doesn't really count for much. I'm talking about among professionals. Heck, Dane Brugler had him going number two in his first mock and Fields falling to us at six.

Even so, I'm not really even sure that there are plenty of people on herebwho would rank him as a second rounder. They might have other favorites, but even those folks typically seem to say they'd be okay with Wilson.

Please find me a professional analyst that shares your opinion.  Ill wait

Oh your making this argument again. Then I guess, Wentz, Jemarcus Russell, Trubisky, Darnold, Cutler, Bridgewater, David Carr, Mariotta, Joey Harrington, Jeff George, Mark Sanchez, Alex Smith,  Vince Young all should have been the poo.

The Jets are going to take Lawrence just a few years after taking Darnold....think about that.

These are the same guys who had Simmons over Chinn, Brady in the 7th, Warner in NFL Europe.

In retrospect was Grier or Clausen worthy of a 2nd rounder or of being undrafted?

Unfortunately, our GM thought otherwise.

Busts happen and experts are wrong, but I'll still take their opinion over casual fans 10 times out of 10.

(maybe not Marty's)

    • Reasonable. I mean I didn’t see a clear path to relief this season myself. As I have typed already, I think the QB FA class is more interesting next season and that draft is supposed to be stacked as well. There just weren’t many options this year.  When you have Tepper to contend with you have to tread lightly around this unless you are 100% certain and willIng to stake your job on it.   There were a couple of outings that helped Bryce a lot in terms of  thinking maybe he can do this, and if you are a supporter you are giving them a lot of weight. You are likely to think just get him some more help and he can do that every week. Which I think Tepper falls into that category.  And the playoffs, division champs, regardless of the way I see that, the supporters will also give that a lot of weight.    And the big one, the atmosphere In BOA for that WC game, Tepper had to be soiling himself over that. If you pulled Bryce out right now you had better be right and your new guy had better make the playoffs and look good doing it or you will be gone and your chance to build your old team back into respectability will be gone too.  So here we have Pickett on a one year deal, and Grier and King. I understand it.
    • Well, seeing as we play the Lions at home this year, pretty sure that rumor isn't true.
    • Totally possible imo, I also caught that snippet from Morgan where he said “If” we sign him. The lack of competition says otherwise tho 🤷‍♂️
