This is a great idea for a science fiction series. A space station built out on the edges of the solar system for a black hole we figure out how to use to travel vast distances.

As far as Planet 9 / Black Hole / Flying Spaghetti Monster beyond Neptune, I am so curious to see what we manage to discover.  We need to work getting out beyond Mars much faster in general for both unmanned and future manned missions.
