Yeah, I didnt buy into the hype from camp and preseason...  after reading up on him when we signed him and seeing how slight he was, then seeing for myself him play in preseason and get absolutely ragdolled while not seeming to get open as much as was reported in camp, then him pouting when he was getting hit st the Colts practices, I already figured he was going to struggle.

TBH, Thomas may step up now, and that would be just fine with me.

He was trying to stop the clock.

Give him crap for the rest of his performance but stopping the clock under two minutes should not be ridiculed.

First down is worth more than a clock stoppage when you have 3 time outs. That was soft ass play.

    • You mean the guy who hasn't shown up to Utah yet and whose camp has had "minimal contact" with the team since draft night? That's immediately buying in?
    • Conceptually it's worth pondering if there are alternatives that could line up with current times. Alternatively on the flip side it opens a very real conversation about newer generations who are making in many cases drastically more money than previous generations of basketball football and baseball players being entitled. For me I'd say to even begin to entertain the notion of this then average pay should go down minimum 75% across the board. See how folks feel about the draft when they're only making WNBA money.
    • For the record, the Draft is fun...but I wish they'd find a way to get rid of it.  It is borderline crazy that pro athletes are just about the only profession where you don't have really any say on where you're going to work, live, etc.  Free agency for all would come with issues, but I'd be interested in it. Want to go to the contender? Then prepare to take less money. Only care about your paycheck or getting your stats? Then welcome to the bad teams with cap space.
