Reddick on leadership

Like the fact that Reddick confirmed it was a player execution thing and not a coaching fault..

I knew I saw DB playing with their eyes in the back field and not on their man.. LB running pass the RB missing tackles..

that's also player speak though.  No real leader on a healthy team (locker room wise) is going to pin the blame on anything other than execution.

go look at some of the worst coaching jobs in Cam's career.   He would stand at the podium.  Say he didn't execute well enough.  It was all his fault.  That wasn't true.  But despite the pouting, Cam always took it all on the chin.

The correct answer is to say you didn't execute.  That doesn't mean the coaching wasn't garbage.  You ask Bersin to get open deep on a vertical vs Revis.  Well, Bersin would say he should of executed better.   Reality is, the coaches should of never asked him to execute that and throw it his way.

the problems weren't just execution.  And there 2nd half adjustments pretty much confirmed there intital gameplan that got Washington up and going.....was poor.

Lol Cam Newton makes people stupid.

As for who Reddick is talking about, Carter would be a good guess. He legit played like he had money on the other team.

2:11 - Literally ran from his gap assignment to go get blocked.

3:09 - Zero interest in making the play, Chinn actually runs past LOS in pursuit, turns around and still catches up to the RB before Carter is even close.

10:00 - Lol

Luvu should really be getting all of Carters snaps, dudes always around the ball.

I just watched the actual interview and yea it seems he's talking about the Defense, but I wasn't talking about Cam's play. I don't think many QBs could come in 1 week off the couch and play like that. I also don't think he's talking about DJax, that was his first bad game this year and took full accountability after.

BTW most of the team doesn't know Cam like that, so I wouldn't be surprised if some of them thought it was weird that he came in doing celebrations like that.

Vinnie Testaverde was out of the league for a month in 2007 came in cold with the Panthers and beat Arizona 25-10 ..........he was 43 yrs old at the time........

You can live in this blame the coach you don't like for everything skit..

But when the film matches exactly what the players and coaches said that happen it isb't coach speak..

Donte admitted he wasn't playing the man and had his eye in the backfield..

That's not coach speak..

No coach wants a player to question accountability of other players...

So that can't be coach speak..

It was clear a few players got over there head and starting going rogue and Reddick is calling it out.. That's players not bad coaching..

I don't blame the coaches for everything.

It was pretty clear before the game and was talked about how Gilmore needed to be on McLaurin.  That was a coaching error.  Gilmore is vastly the best DB on the team.  McLaurin is a legit stud WR.   That was the matchup.  Everyone knew stopping McLaurin was the matchup and key.

That's a coaching error.  Not just an execution error.

and that error, got the Washington O confident and in a groove the first half.   Can't let a team build up momentuem.

and yeah, a lot of guys executed poorly.   Pointing to that doesn't mean the coaches therefore did a great job.

Crap rolls or slides down hill. Owner, Coach and then Players. If the Players were coached right they would play better, If the Owner hires the right coach and applies healthy pressure & support the Coaches do their jobs well. Not much we can do about Ownership except what they do to themselves.

If the players play like crap that is 100% on the coaches. It's literally their jobs to get the players prepared and focused or yank them when they are getting killed. That's like saying it's not a manager's job when employees are fugging up, it's their job to address it.

Players are responsible for their play, not how the coaches prepare or manage them in games. That is equivalent to saying Gilmore was at fault for not deciding to cover McLaurin on his own. It's a dumb argument and a waste of your brain cells sir.

Think he's talking about Cam honestly. Not his play, but the extra celebrating seemed to rile up Washington and was a little out of touch for a team fighting for a playoff spot.

Yup. Cam needs to just play. He fueled the fire for a team playing for a coach that wanted revenge

Sorry but that's a pretty crappy read on Reddick's comments deserving of the poo that's being piled on.

As you've demonstrated.

People just close their mind and think that just because he doesn't fit into some neat little box that keeps a lid on him and his personality, he's a problem for the team that needs contained and put in his place.

Yes its pretty clear to play a player who has played a full game all season and coming off a injury on the best WR on the opposing team.. Instead of the guy who has been doing it the last 10 games of the season..

I love all these couch coaches coming up with gameplans hindsight 20/20 that didn't come out of their mouth before the game...

Not 1 post have you made in this forum say anything about putting Gilmore on Mcclarin... Now you act like your Bill Walsh and said that poo before the game...lol

This is stupid..

So it's the coaches fault that Sam Darnold sucks and can't read defenses??

That the equivalent of saying if players play like crap its coaching!! What??

That leaves no room for players to ever take accountability something Reddick just said needs to happen...

We put Gilmore on Pitts.  We put Gilmore on AJ Green.  We have been putting Gilmore on the biggest threat of late situationally when it mattered.  Not Jackson.  Because again, Gilmore is hands down the best DB in Carolina.

and Gilmore was on the field in the first half on the plays McLaurin hit the big plays.  It's why the snap count excuse Rhule threw out there was bogus.  And of course, they made the obivous correction in the 2nd half.

You can go read threads on this forum before the Washington game...where it was talked about why this should be a win for us.  It specfically talked about us having Gilmore and the ability to neutralize McClaurin.  Which was the key to stopping Washington's O.   That's not hindsight.   Claiming it is hindsight is just breaking your back bending over to defend Matt Rhule and poor coaching/gameplan they came out with.

Dr. Mark Weis partnered with MD/Process to create this unique nutritional supplement using a novel approach to holistic health management. The supplement contains a specific combination of natural components, including premium Maqui berry extract, Chromium, Biotin, and Gymnema leaf, all known for their potential benefits in supporting blood sugar regulation and overall well-being. Each bottle of GlucoBerry contains thirty capsules, which is enough for one month’s supply. The supplement is designed to support the body’s natural processes regulating blood sugar, improving the efficiency of the Blood Sugar Drain efficiency and maintaining stable glucose levels. By including GlucoBerry in your daily routine, you can take preventative measures to reach optimal blood sugar health and support your body’s efforts to maintain a healthy balance. This will enable you to take advantage of proactive initiatives. How GlucoBerry Works GlucoBerry is a product that regulates blood sugar with the help of its primary components, which work together in a synergistic combination. One of the vital components of this product is the extract of maqui berries, a potent antioxidant-rich fruit well-known for its ability to stabilize the blood sugar drain. This component helps manage type 2 diabetes by clearing excess glucose from the bloodstream and promoting average blood sugar fitness. Chromium and biotin are two essential elements that enhance the body’s insulin response, and GlucoBerry contains both these minerals and the Maqui berry extract. Combining these minerals transports excess sugar from the bloodstream to the kidneys, eliminating it via the Blood Sugar Drain, thus maintaining healthy blood sugar levels. Gymnema leaf is another vital component of GlucoBerry that has been traditionally used in various diabetes formulations and dietary supplements that target blood sugar levels. Gymnema leaf helps regulate blood sugar in multiple ways, contributing to the overall effectiveness of GlucoBerry in promoting balanced glucose levels. The product enhances the performance of the blood sugar drain. It encourages glucose regulation, providing a holistic approach to managing blood sugar and assisting individuals in reaching and maintaining optimal blood sugar health.   GlucoBerry Ingredients The premium formula of the Glucoberry supplement is meticulously designed to support balanced blood sugar levels and overall wellness. It utilizes a unique combination of high-quality components that act together in a synergistic manner. Each ingredient is chosen based on its demonstrated efficacy and safety profile, guaranteeing that users will receive the most possible benefits. GlucoBerry Benefits GlucoBerry has several potential benefits that can positively impact your health and well-being. The primary advantage of using GlucoBerry is that it may help control high blood sugar levels, which can significantly benefit those with diabetes or other blood sugar problems. Additionally, GlucoBerry may help reduce fats, which is essential for overall health. Here are some of the ways that GlucoBerry may benefit your health: Supports insulin production: GlucoBerry contains chromium, which can help optimize insulin synthesis and enhance its effectiveness within the body. This, in turn, facilitates healthy glucose management. Effective glucose regulation: The maqui berry extract in GlucoBerry can help regulate glucose levels by enhancing glucose outflow, eliminating excess glucose through urine, and generating more glucose receptors for better glucose transport. May clear blood sugar drain: GlucoBerry’s natural components may help clean the blood sugar drain, cleanse the kidneys, and remove excess sugar from the body. These capsules may also unclog the grey substance that causes high blood sugar, which can be dangerous for the body and even affect the kidneys and heart. It may help to release fats from the body: GlucoBerry capsules may help burn extra fat, reduce obesity, and stop the accumulation of fat, making you look young and attractive. The manufacturers, headquartered in the United States, place a high priority on quality, ensuring that the supplement does not contain any fake ingredients and maintains normal glucose levels. Reduces sugar cravings: The maqui berry extract in GlucoBerry helps maintain glycemic control, reducing sugar cravings and preventing excessive consumption of carbohydrates and sweet meals. Right Dosage Suggestion for GlucoBerry For best results, one capsule of GlucoBerry daily with food is recommended. To experience the benefits of the capsule throughout the day, it is advisable to take it in the morning. As each person’s body reacts differently, outcomes may vary. Some users may notice an improvement in their energy levels within a few days, while others may see the long-term benefits of improved blood sugar regulation after several weeks or months have passed. To achieve the best possible results, it is essential to follow the dosage instructions that come with the product, maintain a healthy diet, and engage in regular physical exercise. Before starting to use GlucoBerry, it is crucial to consult a healthcare expert, just like with any other dietary supplement. • His best half of football all season.  Sadly, that's pretty much his best highlight reel if you were to choose one game.
    • Houston is not what I would call a "gaudy metropolis." There is only one area in Texas that fits that description and it's Dallas/Forth Worth. Houston is quite a bit dingier/dirtier by comparison, IMO. Also, Houston has a VERY large footprint and so despite being a significantly larger city than CLT it typically doesn't feel more densely populated than CLT in the downtown area(sometimes it feels less so on foot).  In general it's not a fair comparison because Houston metro is about 2.5 times the size of Charlotte metro. It doesn't take much in terms of support there to keep a team afloat.
