See, Harbaugh back in the NFL trying to get the Panthers back into the Superbowl to finally win it is a much better storyline than Rhule trying desperately to pull up on the sticks of a nose down take off attempt to be an NFL HC. Rhule may know that he's best suited with the college culture.

Make everybody happy Tepp. Harbaugh would probably love to hear from you and Michigan can get a college coach with NFL experience for whatever that's worth.

HIs relationship with their new GM is probably the main reason behind this. I don't see it as an issue from Harbaugh, he's proven himself and isn't getting hired based on interviews at this point, his track record is why he'd get hired. Vikings making a big mistake not hiring him considering he actually wanted to go there. And if he'd be willing to come to Carolina Tepper is an idiot for not trying to hire him too.
