I love the guy and what he stands for but watching today seemed to show he's not in Tomlin's class. When a team that has everything to play for gets trucked by a team that has no real reason to win it doesn't seem to be a good sign. He clearly has more substance than Rhule but I feel the same about hiring him long term that I do about darnold.  Good people, just not going to accomplish what we all want.

What team has he made average?
