Canes vs. Islanders Game 4 Sunday 1PM

What Ive noticed in these 5 seasons in the playoffs is almost every team we face always keeps running into our goalie and we hardly ever do it.

Quit chipping the puck to the Islanders zone allowing them to reset and skate it in!

I think in that scenario you just clear it. Too big of a crowd there to shovel that back toward Raanta.

No because their defense is good and they will be there to pinch every puck we try and shovel out of the middle. Noesen made the right move, Raanta was winded.

It’s cause our goalies are gentleman. Expect Koch, if they tried that on Koch he’d fight them.

He was facing toward the corner, he just needed to push it there. I think it was pretty obvious Raanta wasn’t ready for that.

Raanta was going for it. They may not have showed it on TNT but on Bally Raanta completely covered it with his glove he just didn’t freeze it long enough.
