You make a lot of leaps in logic with very few facts to back them up. Wilks is a .500 level coach? He got one years in Arizona and a few months with the Panthers. He went .500 with half of a coaching staff and three quarterbacks, coming one quarter away and an Ickey collapse from making it to the playoffs. So if you say he’s a .500 coach based on that, I’d take Wilks all day long. Darnold won’t figure it out? After one years with Shanahan and now with O’Connell, don’t at me after he throws for more than 4,000 yards and 30 touchdowns this season. A lot of you thought Baker would be in the USFL last year after his season with the Panthers and he ended up in the NFC Divisional round. tell me you know nothing without telling me you know nothing. -

Bryce isn’t a psychologist though. Leaders lead and Bryce is being called out for his lack of leadership. There was talk of how he isn’t vocal enough, but they also said they needed his leadership.
