Honestly, I think that's one of the best Foxisms yet. He's obviously being tongue-in-cheek (at least I hope so).

I would love to sit and have a few beers with Fox.

I would as well. I would love to introduce his tongue to his cheek.

Hope I don't get banned for that, threat and all ya know these days. :D

Anyone who thinks Fox is going to tell reporters anything is wasting their time. From what I can tell, he sees reporters as annoying and an obligation. His interviews on Sirius seem much better. I think the questions are better and he actually takes them more serious instead of saying the same old cliches over and over.

well, answering to the media and fanbase is an obligation.....Fox ultimately refuses to address the media and doesn't consider that part of his job. He gives his standard non-answers every week. Doesn't really bother me.

He is looser with the guys on Sirius b/c they aren't going to act as reporters and simply let Foxy talk about things he wants to say and not actually try to get him to answer questions or ask him stuff they know he will give the standard bs response to.

Actually both Pat Kirwin and Tim Ryan are football folks and ask more knowledgable questions like about scheme, why he did something at a particular time, or something they noticed after watching film about the game. Fox would much rather talk football strategy or coaching comments than talk about who is going to play this week or why this guys starts and this one doesn't. He tends to evade those questions from them as well. He is really is paranoid about certain subjects.
