We can look critically at what he has done without passing judgement on him as a player. We haven't seen enough to condemn him or elevate him, but it's useful to discuss what he's done.

Watching his highlights today made me feel a bit better.

Does matt need to improve his arm strength? Obviously still the case.

Does he need to improve his pocket presence and decision making? Ditto.

Nobody's expecting him to be polished, but we all need to agree that there are plenty of ways he needs to get better. To not do so is to bury your head in the sand.

He's playing better than Delhomme, which is all I care about. What more could you ask for out of a backup QB? Those that are complaining are asking for too much.

From what I have seen he may actually be a decent starter in time. It's hard to have pocket presence while riding the pine.

He may be a keeper, may not. 3 mote games for him to show improvement.

i like him more than jake. i just don't think he'll be a star. it could be the weather was a factor but he looked to be a bit flustered in the 4th.

i'm more than willing to see what he can do the rest of the season. hopefully he can do more.

Moore is a very young QB who has a lot to learn, maybe after a season under his belt he wont miss open receivers or make dumb ass decisions like he did today.

I think Davidson did Moore a disservice by not emphasizing the best player on their roster this game. If I was a QB I'd want the benefit of DWill's work every game. #3 should continue to improve as long as the coaching staff can keep their heads out of their collective asses.
