Injuries were the biggest problem for Hackett. Poor throws and taking to long to get the pass off were another problem. But even when he wasn't injured, we didn't throw enough to utilize him.

Moose is a tough, versatile WR that can make tough catches and take big hits, not to mention a big body that can block. He is old yes but for a #3 receiver he is perfect for the spot. They need to sign him.

i think you'd like to upgrade every position, but realistically you can't do that and I don't think Muhammad is that bad. I think they'll resign Muhammad and bring in another receiver who will be an absolute failure (Rod Gardner, DJ Hackett, etc) while Muhammad will have a 1000 yard season with Moore as starting QB.
