Well, Delhomme was one of the guys who convinced him to come back. If Jake will be in a diminished role next season, I can see Moose loosing some heart at the idea of staying. Especially with Free Agency staring him in the face in a year where being a free agent could be a very desirable thing.

Sounds like a pretty reasonable statement to me. It will surely not be his decision as to whether he's a Panther next year or not.
