Fox is this highly thought of???? Why not just sign Cowher, Gruden, Marty S., etc. or find the next up and coming coach that is a OC/DC right now?

You listen to sports radio? Every time coaches get brought up someone on a show and at least one caller will slobber over Foxy.

They key to this is that Fox and Holmgren have the same agent... so Fox's agent is using this whole Cleveland thing as leverage for getting an extension from the Panthers.... it's the oldest play in the book.

Yes you can Chiefs did it in 2006 to get Herm Edwards. Looked it myself nothing against it for head coaches or GM's just lower execs and assistants.
