What are some of your favorite panthers moments you've witnessed in person?

I've only been to two games, but in them I was able to witness

1) Charles Godfrey's first career interception (vs. the Lions in 2008)

2) Na'il Diggs' first career interception (vs. the Lions in 2008)

3) Williams and Stewart breaking the NFL dual-rushing record (vs. the Saints in 2009)

4) Dwayne Jarrett's first NFL touchdown (vs. the Saints in 2009)

None of these are overly monumental (with the arguable exception of number three) but it was pretty cool nevertheless. Anyone else?

my first ever panther game was the vinny t game at arizona where he rolled off the couch and led us to victory.

my 2nd ever game was at san diego for the 2 second miracle.

my last game was at oakland and just saying i made it out of there with my jersey on was an accomplishment in itself.

Every single time I shook Sam Mills hand, hugged his neck, and just the look, the look in his eyes of peacefulness.

That's what I got from someone that tried to take peoples heads off for a living. Once in a lifetime person.

Super Bowl was good as well.

:cheers2:

    • I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.
    • Where do we get our T-shirts and hats? Pretty sure this is the first championship ever in professional basketball or football in Charlotte!
    • Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
