That is the first time ever that I have completely and utterly agreed with u Fiz

Gonna have to go ahead and agree with you there. Really I have liked all there picks except Bruce Springsteen and now The Who. I mean Prince was a great show so was Ozzy and Tom Petty.

i wouldn't label shinedown as post-grunge... while technically they are post grunge (since they happened after the grunge movement) the ACTUAL "post grunge" movement as a category is generally associated with bands like the foo fighters, older weezer stuff, etc... nothing really after the 90's

and i agree, shinedown would be bullshit in the superbowl.

Music genres, to each their own. ;) Butt Rock is their real genre, along with Nickelback, Daughtry, and all of those bands that need to get with the times. Lady GaGa would be about 100x better than any of those bands playing, at least she's talented and somewhat original.

Calssifying Shinedown with Nickelback shows how very little you know.

Same genre.

While they may technically be more skilled, and their songs aren't as retarded, I see them as the same kind of music. Nothing personal, but that is just how I view it. My apologies if that comes off as an insult to your taste in music.

Justin Timberlake, best SNL host of all-time. Cup of Soup and Dick in a Box were some of the best of all time. When he grabbed that ***, priceless! (Just don't sing) The Who, damn do they have access for wheelchairs and walkers? I remember seeing "Tommy" when I was like 10 years old! Those guys are like in their 60's or 70's....Brett Favre play with 'em? IDK, how 'bout AC/DC, Heart, Fleetwood Mac or anybody with a pulse! Maiden would scare the children.

the half time show is for those who dropped alot of coin to be in the seats/boxes.

the schlubs at home they know they got you, so, they want those that have spent the money to be rewarded with something other than a program or a south beach cousy or SPF 45 Pauly Shore bobble head.

Half time show for the SB is extremely overrated.

    • I would say that seems like an odd comment from Morgan, but at the same time it's almost impossible to find a college QB declaring for the draft to have less physical ability than BY so you can assume almost anyone you bring in would be your go to QB sneak/designed run guy.
    • Gronk is the best TE of all time, but he also played with Brady. Clarke was great, but had Peyton and in an era TE's didn't make crazy money. Kittle is great, but the two times he's made the SB, he was still on his rookie contract for one, and the other the 49ers had Purdy on a cheap rookie deal which help them build the rest of the roster. So again, it's not about not wanting an elite TE, of course it would be nice.  But realistically, in today's NFL, unless that elite TE with a top end TE salary is on a team with a GOAT level QB and/or other serious cap savings (i.e. key players on rookie deals), then I think it's not a good use of cap space.
    • This place was the poo pre tepper with tons of hilarious posters like phillyB. Joined in the 2000s during the 07 season and have been here bitching about this team since. but yeah its sadly been dying a slow death, every time I come to this site I am surprised its still up. I think the 2015 season was the absolute peak, the Panthers and this board especially just haven't "felt" the same since then. Igo should really sell the board since he clearly doesn't care anymore. Also, Reddit blows and the Bryce defenders on there need Jesus.
