The D has just been so bad for so long. It's crazy. They actually looked respectable in the first half of the year minus the App game but then they reverted to the same absolute trash

Like I told the Duke fan on this thread - they have guys that are gonna get drafted and get looks at the next level. 4 and 5 star guys. I don’t fuging get it.

Baffling. Gray and Echols are a pair of LBs that would start just about anywhere. Rucker is a guy who would be in the rotation just about anywhere. The talent is NOT THIS BAD. But we find a way to be atrocious.

It should enrage panthers fans that they passed on Maye. He is gonna end up in the division and haunt the Panthers for a decade.

no way, Im praying he goes to the Giants, Can be the literal KING of NY and they have an actual coaching staff. in case you missed it they are starting a QB that still lives with his parents this sunday.

Im pretty sure we lose the tiebreaker regardless but whatever. FSU would poo in our mouths

God, Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, and the pantheon of all the Greek gods couldn't beat FSU in an ACC game this year. They will straight up rig a game to protect their playoff contender if they have to. That's why I won't even really care if we miss out on it.

I looked this up and it would take a nearly impossible scenario for the Heels to get there.  Probably won’t beat Clemson and State anyway

When you lose to UVA and GT you lose all control of your destiny.

But I'm telling you, the 15-1 Panthers team would lose to an undefeated FSU in the ACC CG with ACC refs. You thought SB50 refs were bad? The ACC is not losing their playoff team. They'll have to turn it over 4+ times or something insane to lose.

I'd rather he and Howell not face off twice a year.

I don't know if the Bears would have the guts to take another UNC QB or if I want another UNC QB to face the curse of being a Bears QB but holy poo they're gonna be setup NICE with their draft capital. They have a real opportunity to set themselves up for the next decade.

why not. would be epic showdowns for the next decade + and we can watch them poo on the eagles and cowboys 4 times a year!

    • Interesting topic.  I have had a few NFL friends and one told me that he could not work out or train unless the activities and facilities were approved. AI: In many NFL contracts, certain activities are restricted, and injuries sustained during those activities can lead to the voiding of contract guarantees or even the entire contract. These restrictions often include dangerous activities like skydiving, rock climbing, or even engaging in contact sports like boxing. Additionally, injuries sustained while working out at non-team facilities or during personal recreational activities may be classified as "non-football injuries," potentially impacting the player's compensation.    Having said that, I question the reason the person filming this was not helping.  Secondly, the decision to put it on social media makes it seem a bit prearranged.  I do not think this would violate his contract, but I do think it is a bit stupid on his part in that he could be injured.
    • Doesn't make it right.  And as you put it, you wanted to ban him from being country, which is essentially policing who he is as a person lol  I get protecting the "asset", but banning people from living their life is crazy. Russell Wilson likes to play helicopter pilot.  I would deem that WAY more dangerous.  Those things scare me.  I still wouldn't want to keep him from doing it if I were his boss.  I would just try not to think about it, haha.
    • Could do better could do worse. I've seen some people very indignant over bringing him back and I can absolutely relate to the sentiment. But it's just in a backup role. He's also a good locker room presence and an effort player so for a 1 year rental in a year where we aren't going to do much it's fine. This is a development year. And there will be options if need be at the trade deadline. Besides at the end of the day we all knew a signing like this was around the corner after how drafting Mark Williams ended. He should have been our franchise center for the next several years. I don’t put that failure on the Hornets.
