I honestly think the only reason Rivera hasn't been fired is because Bieniemy has been so bad. There's no reason to pull the trigger early because you already know you're not hiring Bieniemy so just tank it in out.

I hate watching my favorite QBs toil away under Ron Rivera. It really sucks.

Howell will be available next season when they have a new coach. Don't know that they would want, or if he just is a cut, but he'll be available.
