I can see how its hard on players to lose fellow teammates. We all form bonds with people and then to see them pushed out the door is hard. Its part of the business though and if things were flipped how many players do you know would give a team a discount to stay. Not many.

Good read. He was sad (and pissed, you could tell) to see the vets go, but he gets that it's part of the game.

He has faith that the FO is doing the right thing (doesn't mean that they are), and is trying to stay positive. He knows that the team can win.

It's all up to the youngins though. Beason can't win it by himself.

Beason is going to have a monster year next year, in two years our defense will be top 10 in the league, we're building it with the right components and you can see it in this interview.
