I did like the idea of Tony Pike in the third though and someone like Demaryius Thomas in the second.

I only with we could get Pike AND Thomas, but I doubt it, I think Thomas maybe in the second but I see us adding a DE with a third. I also think The Golden Calf of Bristol wouldn't work for us but I was just watching his new throwing motion and I actually like it, I am left handed and played qb my freshman year in HS and I think it looks ok

But you know what? Nobody can truly decide what we need other then Fox and Hurney and if they feel that QB is the the BPA then they will do it...

thats why they cut delhomme and put a 1st and 3rd on Moore with also giving him a 3 million dollar raise.. they are giving him the team for the next season and hopefully he will do the most with it and so will fox by making sure he gets all the weapons he can get him in the draft and not some QB that runs sotra fast and that doesn't have alot of potential playing in this league

As a leftie, I have to hope he'll do ok, but from everything I've seen, The Golden Calf of Bristol basically screams bust to me. I'm not a scout by any means, and if he proves me wrong, great for him. But, I just don't see it happening that he'll be successful...

Heaven forbid!! I would hate for him to turn out like Steve Young.

Good job, you know the name of the ONLY left handed quarterback in the Hall of Fame. There have been about 5 left handed QB's (that includes Vick) in the history of the NFL who were worth a damn.

    • T-Mac is a nickname, Tet is a shortening of Tetairoa. Like you said below... your name is Jonathan, I could see "Jonny" being considered a nickname, but Jon isn't a nickname, it's a shortening of Johnathan, see the difference? And if your mom named you Jonathan for it's biblical significance/meaning, because she was very religious, I think it would be different. T-Mac is Polynesian, so much in their culture has deeper meaning for them, particularly names.  So for his mom to feel this way, I highly doubt it's just because she likes the name Tetairoa and not Tet, it's much more likely than not to be because the name itself has a deeper meaning in their culture.   Particularly as T-Mac himself has often talked about how much his Polynesian heritage means to himself and his family. And no, I'm not saying all this because of how much he's my guy, if he was just "normal american" and his name was Jonathan and he didn't like fans calling him Jon, I'd probably just say tough poo.  It's that he's Polynesian and I know things like names have a much deeper meaning in their culture than they do in ours for the most part. For whatever it's worth, a quick google search.......
