You said this when he left Jackson St.

He has proven everyone wrong every job he has took. So why keep doubting him. If he wins that's all that matters.

You don't get mentioned for both College and NFL jobs if you aren't actually good at your job. Deion has been proving doubters wrong for a while now. Just accept that he's actually damn good at his job.

In Prime We Trust!

Prime isn’t a good coach.  He is a good marketer that understood how to use his fame to help his son.

God didn’t call him to help HBCUs.  He knew he could put disproportionate talent there  s the field and draw attention to him and his son.  Then he went to immediately to the whitest place in college football because I guess God is fickle….where once again his fame with the current rules would allow him to put disproportionate talent their vs the BIG12 field to help his son get attention.

and now that Sheduer is done with college football he has to stay focused on building up his creation.  One that he has been involved with every step since HS and there is no coaching resume that isn’t part of that mission.

maybe a desperate NFL team will bring the two on.  I think higher odds are he just goes back full time into media to help control narratives

lol

Deion’s entire coaching career has been a Sheduer Sanders mission.   Nothing more and nothing less.

but it’s nice to see you baby stepping towards that reality

I never seen people this upset about a HC.

What is it about this particular HC that just gets under your skin?

I'm guessing seeing him and his son on your TV screen everyday pisses you off. Did you change your insurance because Prime is the spokesperson?

Do you no longer eat KFC because Prime endorses it?

I need answers!

You have some deep thoughts that's intestinal. Me I don't view it that way. I view Prime just like any other HC. He saw a better coaching opportunity and a bigger stage so he left. This is how you build your coaching resume.

When Harbaugh left Michigan after getting in trouble did you have this same energy?

Cmon man this is just football. You hating on a HC this hard is crazy. I hate some HC's cough cough Rhule. You don't see me bashing him and he's not did anything at Nebraska so far.

Going at a successful HC who turns programs around everywhere he goes is just weird to me. You have an agenda just like every other hater. It is what it is.

lol no one is “this” upset bruh.  Not at the huddle at least.  It’s just calling things what they are.

at his point, there is no reason to be talking about the 4th best team in the Big12 in this thread.  Go follow college football’s Trump as he leaves Colorado to continue trying to build his son at the next level.   Have fun with it.

He's not like those other coaches. He already has experience with the NFL. He comes in with respect something those other coaches couldn't bring.

Do you call any other HC who leaves their job for a better opportunity dirty?

Did you call Harbaugh dirty?

Deion isn't the first HC to leave a school or NFL franchise he won't be the last. He owes Colorado nothing just like he owed Jackson St. nothing. Successful people get better job opportunities.

The Raiders are a much better brand than Colorado.

Actually, Deion signed a five year contract with Colorado, so technically, he does owe them something (either three more years or a buyout).

Pretty sure Harbaugh wasn’t selling to kids the Lord had called him to help the kids of Michigan….before bouncing.

I’d have no issue with the Sanders clan if they didn’t sell the bologna they sell.  And I have no interest to discuss it.  It only comes up when some fanboy starts pretending the Sanders hustle isn’t what it is.

At first I was like hell no. But this a new age of college football. Big names bring your program attention. BB arguably the best HC to ever coach in the NFL. Having that guy associated with your program is going to bring attention and these you college recruits are looking for the hot spot. UNC will be the hotspot team if they make this hire. I think the program will set itself but BB brings respect. Go play for the HC who knows what it takes to coach kids who wants to get to that ultimate level.

Bring him on. Let's be relevant for a change!

Clemson might lose.  Spanked? Odds are that would be emotion making that claim.

title game ended up being the 2 teams I said were the two best in the ACC.  Cam Ward, the best QB, sitting at home because his team overall sucked

I’ll be at the game, so I’ll be glad to take the L or victory lap the next day.

Hell fuging no. We need to run like the wind away from this bullshit. I knew there had to be some reason for Belichick's bizarre interest in this gig. Now we know. It's pure nepotism.

You don't like attention. You're more laid back hire the coach who nobody knows.

I want the big hire. This is the big hire. Brings attention and eyes to the program. We need to be in the spotlight. This a new era time to take football serious. BB knows what it takes to win at a high level. Let him try and turn this shitshow around. If it doesn't work at least we tried something different.

I had Miami winning the ACC. I was wrong, but I always said the winner would get exposed in the playoffs.

    • Miller being less raw and more pro ready makes sense of why they picked him. With us having a capable starter in Walker the lower floor higher ceiling player makes sense for us as well. I agree with that.
    • I'm from Michigan and have had this discussion with my Lions friends, and they all agree with me, they were never going to take Freeling over Miller.  As, yes, you are correct, they could have left Sewell at RT and taken Freeling, but they are in a SB contention window right now. An OL with Freeling at LT and Sewell at RT is not as strong as Sewell at LT and Miller at RT would be for this upcoming season and likely at least next year as well. 5 years it could be looked back upon as a long term "mistake" to take Miller over Freeling, but for a franchise like the Lions, you can't worry about the long term when you have current SB aspirations.  It's all about maximizing their current SB window over the next 1-3 years. And it's not about style, it's about day 1 readiness, and a lot of "experts" aren't even sure if Freeling is ready to play Week 1 yet at the position he's used to, let alone switching to a side he hasn't played before, but a career starting RT is going to be more than ready to fill that role for them Week 1. I'm 100% convinced that if our draft positioning was swapped, we'd have still taken Freeling, they'd have still taken Miller, and both teams would have got the OT that they preferred due to what each team needs right now and what their current realistic aspirations are for the 2026 season. We're in a position where we can let our drafted OT sit and learn for a bit, they needed a week 1 starter, for me that's where this discussion becomes very easy to understand why each team took the player they did.
