last off season....parcells is walking along a closed practice....the team is stretching.....tuna walks to ricky who is stretching and hands him a NAPKIN....it says "2 years 3.5 million?"

ricky shakes his head and signs the contract in the office that afternoon.

no agent. no negotiating. no debating. numbers on a napkin, he just loves to play. he took over for a injured ronnie last year and finished with 1000 yards *you guys saw how much he had in the tank still*

i love me some ricky. cant wait to see him this year, with brandon marshall taking the 8 and 9 defenders out of the box against us

Finally got a chance to sit down and watch this...it was great. Glad to see he is back at it. You can also see how the media can trashes players if they are in a bad spotlight.

I liked him before and after seeing this I like him even more. Hes a good person that was just misunderstood, happy he found himself and is now truly happy in life. He really is a smart articulate guy.

I remember getting a Ricky Williams and Jimmy Rollins Baseball card as a kid at the ballpark.

I actually own the Louisville Slugger bat (signed) that is in that photo.

I saw the story. Personally I love the 30for30 stories and have learned many things I never knew about players. I feel sorry for Ricky. The guy has talent but has mental problems that hopefully are solved by now. All he wanted to do was smoke pot to help himself. After seeing the show my whole view on Ricky has changed. The kid is a beast and has a great attitude twords people. I cannot believe how many bad things people have said about him. I am so proud of the fact that he had a thousand yard season this year and because he hasnt played much these past years his body is in great shape. Ricky also amazed me about how he has another carreer besides football. Run Ricky Run is by far my favorite 30for30 episode.
