Go Jake!!

I would love to see him pull it all together one final time and have a great few seasons for the Browns.

Yea I would as well, no hard feelings at all for one of the former Panther greats......

Imagine how crazy this board would get if we struggle all year at QB with rookies and journeymen, while the Browns blow it up with our $12,000,000 QB?

Don't get me wrong, I want Moore and/or Clausen to succeed to the fullest and I am all for jettisoning Jake, but some of the people on here would have a meltdown.

I agreed with the move, but wish Jake all the best.

And yeah, if that happens, the meltdown here will be of Biblical proportions.

LOL Mayock just made the best call of the preseason thus far. On 3rd and 38 for the Vikings his colleague asked him what the call was. Mayock paused then responded uh...lets go get a beer.....

Rams returner just went 94 yards for 6.....

    • If you need someone to run your multi-billion dollar business, maaayyyybe don't hire a guy whose previous work experience includes repeated blows to the head and literal brain damage but IDK.
    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
    • I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
