Fox's seat isn't on the hot seat because he already knows that he won't be with the team next year. I don't think he wants to be here next year and I think that he knows JR doesn't want him here next year. I'm not buying into the conspiracy theory that Fox is tanking on purpose and isn't trying as hard as he should...its just Foxy being Foxy.
