The whole team needs to step it up, not just one person. Our problems go way beyond just the QB. Reading the article it looks like Gettis is confident, I'm liking it so far. Rosario is also beating himself up over that ball that he didn't get last Sunday, but he normally has solid hands so I'm not really gonna worry about him.

Protecting the football, and keeping it simple would have gone a long way the last two weeks. No doubt Moore's two game record and a concussion gave Jimmy the start, but to say Jimmy needs to "step up" is far above what we really need from him.....How about an average QB start without any damaging turnovers? For Carolina, that's clean hand-offs, avoiding interceptions, dealing with the rush and completing passes to the open receiver. Nothing breathtaking or fancy, just the job.

I still think the components of this team can work together and win, I just wonder if any component can lift this team up for the win. No game breaking action yet this year, but I hope it is still to come.

clausen, gettis, goodson, and rosario could be a nice addition to 89, 34, and 28.

i'm looking forward to seeing if they can pull it off. that oline just has to buy clausen a little time.

Bottom line if we put pressure on Carson we will win the game...nothing new. Our front 4 need to step the fug up big time.

Someone needs to step up. That has to be the understatement of the year. How about everyone needs to step up. Is there anyone who has really played that well so far. Even the linebackers who are our strongest players could have done better. We are not playing with close to the confidence or emotion that we played with last year.
