Reseting so new member have it 'fair'?

Do you guys not realize that's the exact purpose of rep?

The main problem I have with rep is people will neg rep other team players just for the heck of it. Trying to put them in smack and not letting them post anywhere else ( which has been turned off). But it has gotten out of had of neg repping new posters. One bad post and a new poster is in a sea of red.

If people would neg rep cautiously I dont think we would have a reset. But this isnt the first time we have had a reset and wont be the last. As far as turning it off that might be the best idea yet.
