Great game from Matt Moore looked very confident all game and accurate like some have said though lets see if he can keep it up.

You could literally almost add Matt Moores & Jimmys QB ratings together from the beginning of the season and it wouldn't be as good as Moores Rating today...I've never been big on Moore but he played great today and he is our best option right NOW.

panthers got lucky. With SF QB out of the game, i think it would have been alot different. Matt Moore plays like that against a GOOD team. Then ill eat my crow.

Why does matt moore always have to wait until our season is shot to play well?!

This is somewhat concerning and something I noticed also. Hopefully, the begining of the season was a fluke and we don't give the kid a big fat contract only to be able to play him after we have lost a couple of games.

On the other hand, Gettis is showing that not only is he a legit #2, he can put up stats like he's a #1, haha.

Let's wait on crowning Moore the MVP or any of that crap until we at least get back to 500, shall we? There are plenty of other players in the league that didn't need to stink it up in their first handful of games. If you're talking about the team, f that, Gettis has been the only consistent performer for multiple weeks IMO, even if his numbers don't show it. No matter who the QB was he at least caught some balls, lol. =(

He didn't exactly have a choice in that matter the last 3 games. No way would we have still been 0-5 with Matt playing all 5 games.

Those are actually great stats even amongst good passing teams.

You are downplaying things a little too much. Gettis also dropped a perfectly good pass in the endzone, but he made up for it.

The difference is with Matt, we have a guy that has shown he can score with guys like Gettis but ALSO still get the ball in Steve Smith's hands.

Clock management(like calling a time out where we were running out of time), not fumbling the snaps, throwing accurately under pressure, spreading the field(pass to Brandon La Fell was awesome to get us in position), and being able to complete passes despite our running game being horrible....all that credit goes to Moore.

Anyone can see clear as day, HE WAS the biggest difference in this team today.
