My cousin is one of them... We dont need to legalize, just decriminalize. This is what NORML (National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws) has been trying to get done for years. Make it so theres an age limit, 21 like alcohol, and non-profit trading among adults is a good start... This would/ could be very beneficial to the people, the government, the economy and me...
