What would our record be right now if we signed a good WR during offseason

I think we still would've been pretty awful. We dont have a QB that can get the ball to a WR properly. It isnt about the WR, though. It's mainly about the vet leadership that we're lacking. Some of us on here wanted to add a Vet QB during the offseason. If we did that, that could've probably tacked on a few more wins.

Now, I'm ready for Fox to go just like most people on this board are, but I think if this was a traditional John Fox team, then we could've very well been at .500 now. This season we're going through now, isnt due to the lack of a WR. We would've still been awful

There were quite a few great/noticeable WRs on free agency during the offseason such as Boldin, Marshall & even TO. What do you think our record would be right now if JR had not been so cheap & we had signed one of them? I say 4-5; would have upgraded our offense, cause less coverage on Smith & more passing.

      Two things: 1. Dr. Eric Eager is central to the draft process 2. I know that it was edited, but we didn't hear "Thieneman" one time, not even before the Vikings pick.

      Why would he sign here as a guard when surely someone would sign him as a tackle?  Assuming he is healthy

      Went back to watching the highlights. With a sober mind haha. Here is what I saw.    freddie needs to make 1 of those but the rest aren’t on him.    Slavin was BBBBAAAD again last night. Not sure what is going on with these game one Slavin gafs.    miller was ok but had his worst game in the playoffs so far.    nikishin was no good. His his awful turnover led to the first goal at the end of the first period that just can’t happen. ghost was beat like a drum multiple times last night, including the go-ahead goal at the end jarivs wont shoot. He is either hurt or he is struggling mentally and I think it could be a combination of both. He passed up a wide open net on the power-play only to pass it to no one and cleared it himself.     Svech played well. He is getting zero help on that line.    aho. Worst game as a pro. I mean that. He won’t shoot it, passes go to no one and turns it over repeatedly.  He did exactly what they did against Montreal game one when Miller had a turnover. Aho left his man to go help and left the golden Knight player wide open in front of Freddie.  If I was Rod, you Tell Aho when that thing hits your stick you fire it  someone needs to sit him down just him in a room and ask what’s going on. He seems soft, timid and has zero fire.   canes could have won that game   There isn’t a gap between these two teams  they are dead even   Carter Hart’s gonna get lit up in this series. We can beat that guy. the consensus last night was our defense played horrible and our stars won’t score.  clean the defense up. Tell the top line to shoot it everything and we’ll win tomorrow night.   Possibly convincingly.
