Proof that the opposite sex is screwed up in the head

Guys seem nuts to women because we're so obvious. They can't imagine that we're not hiding something.

As any married woman knows, we're TERRIBLE at hiding things. Comically bad.

Still they keep over-analyzing us thinking there has to be something more. "Surely this man cannot be happy just because he's got a sandwich, a 12 pack, and good game on TV. There HAS to be something else going on and I'm going to find out what it is."

Of course that's oversimplifying our simpleness but still.

Two years ago I got involved with one of those "I'm going to call you all the time, invite you over all the time, come over all the time, and overall just infect your life, but we aren't in a relationship and oh.... no sex either." girls. Yeah. That was fun. I was surprised when I told her I liked her more than any girl I've been with and wanted to take the relationship to really being a "official" thing I was met with something like. "Huh? What? We aren't in a relationship!" response. Then awkwardness and withdrawl. Left me wondering what the hell had just happened. Freakin' sociopath.

this is the only clip i can find from the entire episode. basically, its mannys bday and they are going to his party with the family but gloria can't find the keys. jay is giving her a hard time about it because she always loses everything.

the best line is he tells her she should develop some sort of system for things she puts down like, maybe putting them on the key ring which is oddly shaped like a key! she replies with I have my own system, I put things down, and then I pick them back up from where I put them!

He finds out the keys are in his jacket this one time so he hides them in her purse when she is not looking just to teach her a lesson. You can go to abc.com and watch the full episode. Heres the link http://abc.go.com/watch/modern-family/SH559066/VD5598375/manny-get-your-gun

and yes, its by far my favorite show right now

Holy poo that was a funny episode.

However, my day was stressful yesterday because why?

My wife lost her car keys and was trying to leave to take my little boy to the Dr because he has a hernia

She later found her keys, IN THE CAR, after her father had to come get my keys from me at work. sheesh

    • Apparently CSW lost his starting job to Thornton last year. If he can stay healthy I bet Thornton keeps that NB position.
    • I member him staying after practices with only to see he was wearing heavy weight vest, one of his trademarks. He also put in 10 years, right? People forget he was the ST stud that called the snap and made sure everyone lined up right. He was one of the "glue" guys that bought his "lunch pail" to work.... He was a willing solider, all teams need a couple of them. He blocked for sooo many panthers RBs- Davis, lane, Williams, foster, goings and when there was huge injuries he took over the starter duties and had a couple 100 yard games. If you followed hoover, he took the perfect RB path cause he was just a slow heavy one himself....
    • Walker likely depends on a couple of things. What exactly did Dan promise him, to start with.  How much other interest he actually had for a starter job at high pay is another question. It isn’t outside the realm of possibility that he could stay on as a swing tackle waiting to take Moton’s spot when it opens.    I can’t get myself to consider Icky as a viable anything until we see him back on the field.     Hunt seems to be a team player and good guy but I don’t think he is worth what he is being paid. I have him tentatively earmarked for cap causality in the near future.
