Not a city, but an island. Secluded to the point where most tourist know nothing about it, but not so secluded you couldn't get basic supplies. One bar where the locals and visitors hang out, no airport (must arrive by boat), and a well protected harbor from the weather where most of the island activity is located.

And I've been there. And no, I won't tell anyone the name of it. :)

Asheville would be my ideal city if I could find work there and more affordable housing. I couldn't, which is why I left after living there for three years while going to school.

Beautiful area, great beer, decent-sized downtown with things going on all the time, great beer, nice people, very cultural, plenty of things to do outdoors, and great beer.

Did I mention Asheville has great beer?

I'll move back some day.

A beach town with lots of great restaurants and clubs. But within an hour to great snow skiing. :)

So I guess you liked our Florida weather, Beach?

Hell yeah The humidity can get to me but if one can manage to zone out the elderly or find the younger areas it can be quite the spot. Beach town of choice though is still Ko Samui Thailand

    • a 4th for him is well worth the risk.  It is also a low enough pick that it shouldn't really shake the locker room.  A 4th rounder that will sit this year and maybe take Pickett's spot next year or best case midseason where we can flip Kenny to a QB needy team midseason.  It's also a nice insurance policy for Young.  Especially with him sitting a year and learning the system.  Seems like a low risk move.  You can still draft one next year if needed and let them compete.
    • He was draft eligible last year and chose to go back to transfer and play another year of college ball despite it being a weak QB draft and next year's considered to likely he far better and now people think teams are going to part with a higher pick than he would've gotten drafted with in April after it's come out that he's basically a degenerate gambling addict? What am I missing here? I'll be surprised if any team offers up more than a 5th and it won't surprise me if no one even offers that.
    • If You’re a team with multiple 1st round picks it would be a decent setup for a gamble - if I understand the rules.  You are bidding 2027 currency and get to use the player in 2026.     You get the season to look at him and if you are unhappy then you still have another 1st round pick for after the season. Two in the case of the Jets.   So if you mess it up there is a fast way to recover from it.
