Our favorite Pat Y has said his two cents on who we need to draft.

He agrees with most fans that WR is not worthy of a #1 pick, he too likes Fairley and says Bowers would be great but knows we have young talent in Brown and Hardy so DE isn't much of a need.

I don't care who we draft but when you have the #1 pick you have to get the BEST player in the draft no matter what position they play. That guy has to be an instant impact player and most likely a superstar. We got it right with Peppers (should've been #1 pick but thank God the Texans were stupid) in 2002 and we need to get it right again.

Trade down for a 1 and 2/3. Some sucker GM will want to get AJ Green/Fairley. Paea(sp) is a solid DT out of Oregan State.

Not sure how Newton slipping down the board has anything to do with the # 1 overall pick, he was NEVER going to be taken # 1 overall or even close.

Agree on Fairley, would rather get a WR out of FA... we've already learned how hard it is to develop a QB and WR's at the same time.

I tell you, it makes a lot of sense for St Louis Rams to come after AJ Green.

not sure we would want to drop to mid first round, but could get next years
