Potato Salad

I went home this past weekend, and to my surprise my grandmother made some potato salad, which is well known to be the best around, I doubt anyone on Earth could make it better. But anyway, I was wondering what you or your loved ones put in yours (or their) potato salad. Mainly because Im procrastinating for this exam i have tmr.

One thing that I hate is too much mustard. Too much mustard really screws it up.

I took my Moms recipe and altered it a bit. I use baby red potatoes, well seasoned during boiling, and after they're cooled add some mayo, some Dijon mustard, celery, cucumbers, diced red onion, salt & pepper, and a little dill...Never had anything but rave reviews. I put a good amount of Steak seasoning and Adobo in the water, puts some good flavor in the potatoes themselves. If the foundation is solid, normally so will the rest...

The German is very good, but too many times Ive had it when the potatoes are undercooked...

Jase's version is one I will be trying soon, I like the simplicity. Too often I over-achieve in tryin to create something that's the tastiest ever...

I have to make potato salad and banana pudding for a family get together this weekend.

I put potatoes, eggs, pickles, mayo, little bit of mustard, pimientos, onion, salt and pepper. It's pretty good.

My banana pudding is to die for.

    • Names I'd keep an eye on... Coby White,  Jalen Suggs, Amen Thompson  and Stephen Castle...  3 teams except Orlando has checked on Melo before and rumblings of sours getting rid of fox too. I'd think they think Melo and Wemby would make them nuclear out west.
    • Well he somehow had 12 preseason carries for not playing. He also has 20 carries in the regular season, not three. He has actually played in about 7% of the offensive snaps for this regular season(33% of the special teams snaps). This isn't stuff you have to make up, these are very easily referenced statistics, man.
    • It's not common for a RB to recover from two ACL tears in the same knee. It's fairly rare. You are correct that it isn't the career ender that it used to be but there is also the fact that we appear to have largely moved on with the additions of Dowdle and Etienne.  Dobbins is a very good example. He has basically missed 54% of his career regular season games since he came into the league in 2020. It will end up being 57% at the conclusion of this season. It's a big contributing factor to why he is on this third NFL team in 6 years. It's certainly possible that may be 4 by the beginning of next season. I would say there is very little chance that Brooks ever contributes in any meaningful way in Carolina. Possibly with another team but I am extremely skeptical of his future here because of those injuries and because of the roster.
