after it's all said and done, if the scouting department and coaches feel he's a legit QB, then I hope we draft him..

that's what I've said over and over in this thread and others... if they think he is the real deal they better take him, but I am not ready to actually decide on if he is either way right now... and they know more than me anyway, so I'm in no hurry to figure out what I'd do :P

makes me a hater and a racist I guess. Heh.

I stayed when they drafted Kerry Collins over Steve McNair, DeShaun Foster over Clinton Portis, Tshimange Biakabutuka over Eddie George, Jason Peter over Vonnie Holliday and both Chuck Wiley and Mitch Marrow over Leonard Little. If I can stay through all that, pretty safe to bet I'm not going anywhere :lol:

It's not just me, though. If the Panthers choose to draft Cam Newton, nobody is going to leave the fanbase because of it. The whole suggestion is just ignorant.

nah, he meant everyone but KT, I think... or maybe it was about any topic but cam newton... not sure, either way, not like it's let up at all in these threads.

Cam Newton thread has now turned into "pile on KT" party. You guys are too predictable. Do whatever you like, still wont stop us from drafting the best QB coming out. Be very afraid. The rest of us will be very happy.

Your notion that anyone here is afraid that Cam Newton may be drafted to the Panthers and be successful is asinine. If Cam Newton became an elite QB for the Panthers I would be THRILLED because the search would be over. What's become all to predictable is you attacking anyone who criticizes the kid in the least....

      I wouldn't be mad if we were losing by 1 or 2 and the games were hard hitting tightly contested games. I'd be frustrated and upset about losing,but I wouldn't be mad.    Right now I'm pissed, Rod's decision making, his system of play, the consistent bad results in the conference finals. Then the team comes out at home and gets plastered 10-2 in the first two games... Yeah I'm mad at the results on the ice

      Man it’s not even about losing to the Panthers again, it’s how they are losing that makes me think a coaching change is needed. Florida is physical, got into the player’s heads, and it’s the coach’s job to get his players ready to play. Brindamour has failed miserably in the Conference Championship 3 times now. The Hurricanes look like they don’t even belong in the playoffs let alone in the conference championship game. If these games were close like in 2023 we’d be frustrated but not embarrassed and that’s the difference in a coach keeping or losing their job.
