Nothing wrong with it. I stated before, I love my Bobcats because they're my team, but I think we have the cheapest sounding/looking generic logo/nickname in the NBA and I wish we could've bought the rights to the Hornets back.

Goldwire started a grand total of 17 games for the Hornets between 1995 and 1997.

God it feels like so long ago, I forgot that they actually weren't that terrible. Goldwire started because of injury if I remember correctly, but that team wasn't near as exciting as the one that preceded it, so I guess it all just coincided with my general falling out of fanship for the NBA.

LMAO@college basketball being more "exciting" than the pro game. College basketball sucks outside of March Madness and the Duke-UNC matchups. And March Madness was weak last year.

It's all just preference. Until recently, for the last two decades defense seemed like it had no place in the pro game and subsequently a huge part of the game was missing focus. I guess I'm just a purist by nature and enjoy all facets of the game to be focused on and played with intensity. I feel that the pro game lacks intensity outside of rivalry games and playoffs, the rest of the season is just boring as poo unless you just really like watching people dunk.

The NCAA championship was nearly decided on a half court buzzer beater, in which mid-major Butler would have knocked off one of the greatest programs in college basketball. I'll take that over another year of David Stern and Co. washing the LA Lakers' balls.

That was a breakthrough logo and color style....everyone at the time laughed at it with Trapuka putting on the fashion show with the pinstripes....Cool hat. Honestly I think Jimmy misses the college experience at Notre Dame. I am glad he is with Charlotte but think he came out too soon simply because I think he loved college and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that!
