Went and picked up some Chimchangas and Sopes from her favorite Mexican joint. Had a XX in a frosty mug and 2 shots of some terrific Tequila while I waited... The kids werent going to bed so I didnt get lucky last night... So I snuck in her shower this AM...

I did flank steaks that were marinated in Olive Oil, Garlic, Parsley, Cilantro and a splash of OJ.

I made two types of chimichurri. One traditional with a hint of honey and a roasted red pepper.

THe sides were roasted new potatoes with rosemary, oo, and sea salt. Asparagus with s&p and oo and lemon juice squeezed over when they come out of the oven. I also roasted whole cloves of garlic in the oven to spread on bread. For dessert a pound cake with homemade blueberry compote.

      But we can't judge until they hit the field. /s Not all but yeah there is some judgement. The Not For Long league loves the long build while ignoring the current season. It will be entertaining. And the bit about the HC not caring that the WR is limited was reminiscent of DG talking about KB/DF and how they just needed a big guy for those high balls.
